Fibers 106 Color Story Boards

Creating color color story boards has to be one of my favorite things to do. I love that one studying picture can inspire you to create an entire collection of colors that are found in the image. I've been noticing color a lot in everything around me and it has become my new obsession. I feel as if I am able to look at the world differently now that I have something beautiful to notice. So many different hues, tones, and shades go into creating one specific color. There are so many different colors in the world and therefore so many different color combinations. The first color board was a complementary color inspired board. I chose blue and orange, a color combination I never thought I would like together. After researching and finding pictures for this board I realized how beautiful the colors looked next to each other and they became my favorite board and the inspiration for my final fibers project. The next board was inspired by the brand ASISH that I researched for my first fibers project. I looked through their collections to find colors that were consistent throughout the years. I noticed that pink, green, blue, yellow, and red were always featured. The last mood board was a neutral color pallet. I really enjoy these colors together as well. So glad I got a chance to practice making these boards and have color influence me so much. I hope to create many more in the future!
